ngage Engage in a unique interview conversation that focuses on identifying success behaviors. It's a new spin on the "behavior based" interview process.

You and your coach work through the process of:

  1. Filling out a form identifying all the ineffective behaviors.
  2. Participating in a 30 minute phone coaching conversation to clarify the issues.
  3. Preparing a draft of the documentation that will be used in the employee conversation.
  4. Reviewing and reworking the document to create the final script.
  5. Participating in a 30 minute coaching conversation to "practice" delivering the message.
  6. Participate in a short phone conversation to assess next steps.
