Do you give refunds?
Yes. If you are not satisfied with a product or service, please send an email to info@quick2coach.com In the subject line type REQUEST FOR REFUND. In the body of the email explain your concern and your recommendation for a resolution.
Is there a time limit?
No. Your ultimate satisfaction is our goal. Please contact us anytime if you are not satisfied with your product or service.
What conditions warrant a refund?
quick2coach reserves the right to review and evaluate all requests for refunds. We will evaluate each concern and respond on a case by case basis. We are committed to generating a solution that would care for the customer without causing undue hardship to the business.
How do I start the refund process?

How will the refund be issued?
If a refund is warranted, we will credit the account you used to purchase the product unless otherwise specified.
Is there a portion of the charge that is not refundable?
Yes. For an annual quick2coach license your refund will be pro-rated base on the remaining months of the yearly license. We will charge a $25.00 processing fee

What happens to the account after a refund is given?
Your account will be closed after the refund has been processed.
Is there an automatic renewal process?
No, we do not have an automatic renewal at this time. You will be notified by email that the renewal is about to take place. You will have an opportunity to cancel or renew.
Is there a service level warranty?
Yes. We guarantee that our products and services will be available 99% of the time.
