I highly recommend quick2coach: A PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT TOOL, to any business. I have litigated many cases which just would not have happened, if management had utilized this quick2coach tool.
IP Attorney Services Cloutier & Engle PLLC

This was a really great tool and was both easy and worthwhile in use. Otherwise this was very nice to use and can't wait to have access to it in the future!

I Liked it. It was specific enough it eliminated procrastination to address the employee in a timely manner. VP, GMM Non-Foods

Overall, the tool is a good shortcut to help guide managers into clearly stating problem behaviors, company expectations, and behaviors that need to change. This could allow the manager to spend less time/effort creating a formal report from 'scratch' (unless your HR already has a required format).

I enjoyed using the trial for the Quick2Coach program.  I think it is going to be a very useful tool in provide effective feedback to employees on job performance. I ran through several scenarios and was pleased with the options available under each section for the coaching conversation document and the plan of action.

I worked through two scenarios. The first one took about 10 minutes and the second about 7 minutes. I was able to print the coaching summary and success plan with no problems. It seems very intuitive, and with both scenarios I was able to pull out the behavior and measurable expectations with no problems. It makes a difficult situation for a supervisor/manager very easy and stress free.
Substation SupervisorAlcoa Intalco Works

This is a very useful tool. From my perspective it would a great tool for mid-management who often are the ones who don't get the need training to deal with staff issues. I have been at the U of W 22 years and have always had to learn on my own as I was promoted through the ranks. I sure could have used something like this.
Director, Student Fiscal Services
University of Washington

I think this is a great tool, especially for inexperienced managers! Personally, I like the fact that the focus is more on the CORRECTIVE action necessary to be successful rather then the focus being on the negative action itself. I think for the most part, Quick to Coach covers the majority of potential behavioral problems one can face in the work place. I see a lot of potential for something like this as both a training tool and something that keeps company liability at a minimum.
