Pamela Bezona, an accredited HR professional and performance management specialist,
realized the need for a tool to help managers deal with behavior problems. She experienced
that supervisors and managers are often promoted into positions of leadership based
on their technical competencies not human performance improvement skills. Most managers
aren't adequately equipped to effectively deal with employees who demonstrate inappropriate
behaviors. She realized the need to take the dread out of performance coaching by
creating a "what to say and how to say it" performance improvement conversation.
